Mission Arlington® Fall Festivals
More than 2,000 Mission Arlington® young people enjoy one of Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex® Fall Festivals each year.
Mission Arlington® hosts free festivals every year, so that the children and youth in our community can have a safe and fun alternative to other kinds of traditional Halloween experiences. The children have fun, of course, but it truly is an event which is designed for the whole family. Seeing all the brightly colored, creative (non-scary) costumes is just one part of the fun.
The Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex® festival happens again this year – on Saturday, October 31st, from noon to 4:00 pm at the Lockwood Center . This festival is open to the public, and as with all Mission Arlington® events, it is completely free.
These mission-sponsored festivals are so much fun for the children. Bouncy houses, free food, outdoor carnival games, face painting, and hay rides make up a good portion of the event. The children also receive a pretty big bag of candy as they finish the event. What a great day it will be.
How you can help!
- Volunteer are needed to host this event with Mission Arlington®. If you are interested in helping to volunteer as an individual, or as a group, please give the mission a call at 817-277-6620, and we’ll get you set up.
- Please bring individually wrapped bags of candy by the Mission offices downtown before, or up until October 31st, and we’ll get that candy out to our Festivals.
Thank you
The Mission Arlington® family appreciates so much all you do to support the children, youth, and families of our community.
