Become a Summer Missionary

Each year, high school & college students come from all over the country to join the work of Mission Arlington^® and its congregations.  These young people stay for all, or for part of the summer, depending upon what is best for their circumstances and God’s leadership in their lives.  They participate in

what the Lord is doing here in Arlington and its surrounding communities through the ministry of Mission Arlington^®/Mission Metroplex^®.

Our missionaries lead Summer programs in cooperation with our mission congregations, and assist in the ongoing work of the Mission in its variety of forms. We are blessed by the spiritual commitment of these young people.  Their passion for God and for people make a difference in this place.

We will be praying for you as you seek God’s leadership in coming here for the summer, or any other time that you are led to come.  We know that God will teach you many things, and use you to make an impact for Christ in our community. We value your openness to His leadership in your life, and we are eager to meet you.

Heather & Tillie, or someone from our Summer Missionary team, will respond right away. We will begin praying for you immediately, and respond to any questions you may have about serving and staying with us. Your contact will send you an application to fill out & return, and walk you through the process of becoming a summer missionary with us.
