The annual North Texas “Giving Day” happens again on September 22nd, from 6:00 a.m. until midnight. Sponsored by the Communities Foundation of Texas, this Giving Day provides an opportunity for the community to give a little extra to the more than 3,000 non-profit organizations participating in this beautiful event. The Need is Great
Like many non-Profits, Mission Arlington® is seeing an increase in need across the board. Higher grocery and fuel prices have made it difficult for ordinary working families to make it on a daily basis. When life happens, or a crisis of some kind occurs, families need just a little extra help to get by. We are so grateful to be here, not just to hand out supplies, but to treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve, and to share God’s love in whatever way we can.
Low Administrative Costs
- Our administrative overhead is 1.47 percent, meaning that a little more than 98.5 percent of every dollar you give goes directly to people in need;
- There is “no charge” for any service we provide’
- We do not sell or resell any gifts that you provide. Your gifts go directly to meet people’s needs;
- Every person is treated with dignity and respect.
