1. Special Notice: Baseball Time Change – Saturday the 29th. We’ve changed the time to 10:00 a.m. and not 9:30 a.m. as was publicized previously;

2. Children’s Gym Night – Tonight, 6:30 p.m.;
3. Children’s Baseball Tomorrow – Hunter’s Field, 9:30 a.m.;
4. Youth Medical/Dental Day at  Mission Arlington^®;
   • Teen Clinic – in the Saxe Dental Clinic – 8:00 a.m.;
   • Teen Vision Screening – in the Medical Clinic – 8:00 a.m.;
   • Texas Rangers Baseball players will be here after 11:00 a.m.
   • Ages: 12-18.

Playing baseball is so much fun at “Hunter’s Field.” We are grateful for the privilege of loving young people.

Basketball and baseball are such a fun ways to love children and to invest in them spiritually. Mission Arlington’s basketball and baseball ministries are strong. Wrestling starts again this Fall.

The note you see here is originally written on a “White Board” in the offices of Mission Arlington^® six mornings a week by Tillie Burgin. It is a communication piece for the staff and volunteers, so that we have a sense of what is happening through the ministries of this place, and so we can be unified in our prayers.  Because so much of our work is accomplished by volunteers who work elsewhere during the day, we began publishing this note online. We discovered that many people, not just in our own community, but around the world, were checking in to pray.

We are currently in the process of collecting school supplies for 10,000 children and youth in the Arlington Independent School District. Please pray with us as we collect and distribute those supplies.
