It’s Thursday, on a hot summer day,  and we are so glad you have checked in here to pray.  Here are a few things to report and for which you can pray today:

Youth Camp #1 happens this Saturday. We will leave Mission Arlington® at 9:30 a.m. Two permission slips needed. Pray;

Rainbow Express® – keep praying please. Attendance yesterday: 347. Salvations yesterday: 30.

Pause to Pray: Pause every morning at 10:00 a.m. to pray for the Mission.

Scripture “Your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.” Matthew 6:8.

It’s Tuesday, and another full day at Mission Arlington®. Here are a few things happening around here today, and some ways you can be praying for the ministry here. We are grateful for you.

  1. Kid’s Camp happens tonight. 6:30 – 8:30  p.m. See Deb for transportation.
  2. Youth Camp #1 happens this Saturday. We leave the Mission at 9:30. Please bring your youth, and don’t forget, two permission slips. See Deb. for transportation;
  3. Rainbow Express: Attendance: 335;  salvations: 0
  4. Mission Metroplex Board Meeting tonight. Please pray for these very special people who pray for us!
  5. Scripture: “Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.” Ps. 37:4

Monday, July 18th, 2016 – Daily Mission Update

Rainbow Express is our version of a backyard Bible club – with snacks, crafts, music, activities, and a Bible story – for nearly 2 hours each day Monday through Thursday. Pictured here a Summer Missionary at a 2015 Rainbow Express. We are hosting Rainbow Express in 47 locations this week.

It’s Monday, and the start of a new week at Mission Arlington® Here are a few of the things going on each week, and some ways that you can pray for the people and the ministry. Thank you so much!

  1. Ladies  Bible Study – Monday Nights: 7:30 – Meet in the front room!
  2. Kid’s Camp 3 – Tuesday: 6:30 – 8:30. See Deb. for transportation. Please pray.
  3. Youth Camp 1  – Saturday, July 23rd. Please pray.
  4. Rainbow Express® – Monday-Thursday, 47 locations. Please pray.
  5. Scripture “I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail.” Luke 22:32.

It’s Friday!  Here are some updates for the week, and a few ways that you can join our work through prayer today. We are grateful for you!

  1. Happy Birthday, Maddie Burgin. Five Years old today. Praying for you.
  2. Children’s Camp #2,  Happens at Camp Thurman, Saturday the 16th. Leave Mission at 9:30 a.m. See Deb. for transportation. Remember, you need two permission slips.
  3. Rainbow Express. Attendance Yesterday:690. Salvations this week: 26.
  4. Scripture: “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved.” Acts 16:31.

Here are a few things going on, and some ways you can pray for us on this day. We appreciate you checking in with us.

  1. Happy Birthday, Jean Richardson. We all thank God for you.
  2. Children’s Camp: This Saturday, July 16th, we host our second children’s camp. Please pray as the children head to camp. Bible study leaders, see Deb. for transportation. We leave from the Mission at 9:30 a.m.;
  3. Rainbow Express Report: Rainbow Express continues in multiple locations across our community. This week, we are serving in 57 locations. Attendance Yesterday: 737; Salvations: 7.
  4. Scripture: “The gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23.

  1. Wednesday Night Bible Study: 7:30 p.m. Meet i the front room!;
  2. Children’s Camp #2 – At Camp Thurman, this Saturday, July 16th. We will leave the mission at 9:30. See Deb. for transportation, and don’t forget – two permission slips required;
  3. Rainbow Express: Attendance yesterday: 677. Salvations: 0. Pray for youth groups today as they share God’s love;
  4. Scripture: “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ” Galatians 6:2.

Tuesday, July 12th, 2016 – Daily Mission Update

Our Saturday, all-day children's camps are for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. Not only do they learn about the Lord, memorize a passage of Scripture, receive lots of love from Bible study leaders, they also make new friends, and have a lot of fun. The smiles pictured on Trey and Matthew are the norm for the day.

It is another beautiful day at Mission Arlington®. Here are some ways you can pray for, or keep up with what is happening around here today.

  2. Children’s Camp again this Saturday, July 16th, at Camp Thurman. Leave Mission at 9:30 a.m. See Deb. for transportation. Remember, you will need to have parents sign two permission slips: ours and camp Thurman’s;
  3. Rainbow Express this week: Attendance: 741. Salvations: 0;
  4. Scripture: “The Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”  Luke 19:10.

Zip lines are so much fun, and always a part of Mission Arlington camps. Thank you Camp Thurman for your partnership. More than 200 children (including sponsors) went to camp with us this past Saturday. We are so thankful for your support and prayers.

Here are some things to be aware of and to pray for at Mission Arlington® this week.

  1. Happy Birthday Debbie M. We all love you and thank God for you.
  2. Ladies’ Bible Study: Monday Night’s- 7:30 p.m.
  3. Rainbow Express in 54 locations this week. Please pray for salvations
  4. Kiddie Camp happens this Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 at Grace Street Fellowship;
  5. Children’s Camp happens again this next Saturday, July 16th. Two (2) permission slips are needed.
  6. Scripture: “We are receiving a Kingdom which cannot be shaken.” Hebrews 12:28.
