Operations & Facilities
Coordinators: Help our guests feel welcome and appreciated as they drive on-site and assist with organizing the donations of furniture, clothing, household goods, food and more.
Drivers / Riders: Pick up donated furniture and appliances from homes in Arlington and Grand Prairie, and experience the joy when you deliver the items to needy families.
You can help us by using your own truck or by driving one of ours, but you must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license. If you prefer, you can also be a “rider” to go along to help.
Food Pantry & Warehouse: Work directly with individuals and families in need by helping in the Food Pantry where you will assemble food bags, hand them out and keep the pantry clean and organized.
Or assist in receiving perishable and non-perishable food that comes into Mission Arlington every day, organize it within the warehouse and get it ready for distribution.
Mechanics and Repair/ HVAC, Electricians, and Plumbers: Keep the Mission running by lending your mechanical skills to maintaining and repairing the vehicles that provide transportation to children and take beds to needy families. Help us keep our buildings and other equipment in good working order with your construction and engineering talents.
