Mission Newsletters

View our most recent newsletter November-December 2017  or “check out” our archive of newsletters. We publish and distribute this newsletter six (6) times a year.


A. To Receive the Newsletter by Email

If you would like to receive our newsletter by e-mail instead of a hard copy from the Post Office (snail mail), please follow the following instructions:

  1. Click the “Send Comments” button located at the bottom of any page on our website, or click this link to take you to our feedback form; 
  2. In the “Subject” line choose “I want to receive the newsletter (by email).” 
  3. Add your name and email address in the appropriate boxes; 
  4. We welcome any feedback you would like to provide, but you do not need to write anything in this box in order to be subscribed to this list; 
  5. Validate that you are a real person by typing the text of two simple words on your screen – into the space provided;  
  6. Hit the submit button, and you are done.  When we send out the next newsletter (every other month), you will receive a copy in your “Inbox.” Please let us know if you do not receive your copy.

B. To Receive a  Newsletter from the Post Office

If you want to receive a Hard Copy of our newsletter via snail mail, follow these instructions:

  1. Click the “Send Comments” button located at the bottom of any page on our website, or click this link to take you to our feedback form; 
  2. In the “Subject” line choose “I want to receive the newsletter (snail mail).” 
  3. Add your name and email address in the appropriate boxes; 
  4. Fill in the requested information in the address boxes provided for you, so that we can send our next newsletter directly to your mailbox;  
  5. We welcome any feedback you would like to provide, but you do not need to write anything in this box in order to be subscribed to this list; 
  6. Validate that you are a real person by typing the text of two simple words on your screen – into the space provided;  
  7. Hit the submit button, and you are done.  We send out the a newsletter once every other month (six times a year).  Please let us know if you do not receive your copy.

C. Making a Change to your Subscription
  1. If you would like to unsubscribe to the e-mail list for newsletters, follow steps 1 through 3 in section A above. For step 4, use the “Feedback box” to communicate your choice by typing “unsubscribe” into the box. Follow steps 5 and 6 in Section A, and your process will be complete. We will unsubscribe you as soon as we receive your note;  
  2. If you would like to unsubscribe to the snail mail list for newsletters, follow steps 1 through 4 in section B above;  For step 5, use the “Feedback box” to communicate your choice by typing “unsubscribe” into the box;
  3. If you move or change email addresses, you can let us know by selecting “I want to update my contact information” from the subject line dropdown box. You can let us know which information has changed by including your email or your new address in the appropriate box or boxes.
  4. In each of the three options above, you will also need to validate that you are a real person and not a computer by typing the two simple words into the correct box. When you click on the red “submit” box, your e-mail will be sent to us, and we will respond to your wishes right away.
